The Mergellina Funicular links Mergellina (seafront) with Manzoni (Posillipo), covering 147 metres of height difference in about 6.5 minutes. The most scenic one: five stations from Mergellina up to via Manzoni on the Posillipo hill, with the steepest gradient in the city (46.5%). It is run by ANM and uses the same ticket as the metro and buses (single €1.30, integrated TIC €1.70).

The service runs roughly from 07:00 to 22:00 with a departure every 10 minutes or so; at weekends some funiculars extend their evening service. Check anm.it for the latest times.
