The Montesanto Funicular links Montesanto (historic centre) with Morghen (Vomero), covering 168 metres of height difference in about 5.3 minutes. From Montesanto station — shared with Line 2 and the Cumana railway — it takes you to the top of the Vomero, steps away from Castel Sant'Elmo and the San Martino charterhouse. It is run by ANM and uses the same ticket as the metro and buses (single €1.30, integrated TIC €1.70).
