The data controller is the operator of napolimetro.com. For privacy matters use the contact form.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address and message — only when you submit the form, and only so we can reply.
- Server logs: IP address, browser, requested page and time — kept temporarily for security reasons.

Purposes
- Replying to contact-form messages.
- Site security (protection against spam and attacks).
- Aggregate visit statistics (without identifying individuals).
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (contact form) and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site — under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Decree 101/2018.
Retention
Form messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Server logs rotate every 30 days.
Third parties
We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. The site uses these technical services:
- Cloudflare (CDN and security) — processes IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.
- Google reCAPTCHA — in the contact form.
- Google AdSense — may display ads; personalisation settings are managed in your Google account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (gpdp.it).

The site uses HTTPS and modern security headers.
