Station history
Toledo is a Naples Metro station located directly on Via Toledo street. It is served by the Line 1. The station was opened on April 17, 2012 on the earlier completed section to Università. According to the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, this station is the most beautiful subway station in Europe and the world, a recognition echoed by CNN’s rankings. In 2013, it won the Emirates LEAF Award as Public Building of the Year.
