Station history
Napoli Piazza Cavour is a stop on Line 2 of the Naples suburban railway network, on the rail link of the same name. It entered service on 20 September 1925, when the Naples rail link was brought into use. The entrance is a pavilion in the middle of the green area of the square it is named after. Two side escalator flights and a central fixed staircase lead down to platform level, but there are no lifts, given the age of the installation.
